BTech Marketing Management, MBA
Prior to joining TEBA, Thabo has held various positions in the financial services field at Absa Bank, Hollard Insurance Group and Standard Bank. He joined TEBA in September 2012 as the financial services manager to spearhead the company's financial services strategy. He was then appointed head of new business to pursue growth opportunities. His current position integrates new business activities, operations, research and marketing, and he is responsible for designing solutions to key challenges concerning the mining sector.
B.Sc (Hons) Computer Science; MBA
She joined TEBA in 1998 as a member of the IT team and has filled various positions in IT during the years. In 2012 she was appointed as Head of Business Support to consolidate all the support functions in the company. Her current portfolio integrates IT, HR, Finance and legal compliance and she is responsible for implementing new projects and continuous business improvement initiatives. She chairs the monthly Project Steering Committee, is an invitee to the board and is a member of the Social and Ethics Committee. She was appointed Company Secretary in July 2015.

Jose has been employed by TEBA since 1992 and has progressed his career from his involvement in the rural operations to serving as Regional Manager for 10 years. During this time, Jose has served on the boards of both TEBA and TEBA Employee Trust. He was appointed to his current position in January 2017 and is responsible for a large percentage of the company's operations.

Graham has a B.Sc and M.B.Ch.B degree from the University of Cape Town, was awarded a research fellowship to Cambridge University, and attended the AMP at Harvard Business School. He completed his medical internship at an Anglo-American mine hospital and then joined their management trainee programme for three years. He worked for AngloGold Ashanti for five years, and in 2000, was deployed to TEBA. He was appointed to the board and as Managing Director in January 2001 and is a member of the Social and Ethics Committee.

Anneri has 22-years’ experience in the IT industry. She joined TEBA in 1998 and is actively involved in business process improvement initiatives. She is a member of the Business Development Committee and is an invitee to all board and board committee meetings. Anneri was appointed Company Secretary in July 2015.
